Small democratic restaurant famous for its vibrant cuisine. As per creators idea, it’s a new format of the restaurant in St. Petersburg where owners communicate with customers, cook, serve wine and pick up the dishes themselves.
The dishes offer interesting fresh combinations, for example, turbot with ham and celery cream, scallops with buckwheat and smoked duck breast, dried plums with salty caramel, duck leg stew with white mushrooms and truffles. Prices normally don’t exceed 500 rubles per dish.
