The Creative Cluster "House of Culture" was opened in 2016 on the basis of the former Palace of Culture named after Gaza. There are restaurants, cafes, creative studios and dance schools, as well as a time-cafe "Ziferblat".
Back in Soviet times, the Palace of Culture of Gaza, along with the Palace of Culture "Nevsky" was known for the bright exhibitions of independent artists, non-conformists, who entered the history of art under the name "gas mileage".
Today in the renovated art space exhibitions of contemporary art, festivals and concerts, lectures and screenings are held, creative cafes and bars with craft beer are working.
