The Tsar restaurant from the Ginza Project holding offers its guests to immerse themselves in the history and gastronomic traditions of Russian royal cuisine. It serves caviar and traditional Russian pickles, borscht and dumplings, but you can also order dishes from other cuisines - for example, the menu includes juliens, kebabs or Chilean sea bass.
The restaurant is expensive and luxuriously furnished: the interiors use a rich collection of antiques and rare books, including even the royal throne.
