The menu is dominated by meat dishes: steaks, ribs, chicken wings, huge burgers, and cheesecake with pepper and bacon. The creators of the restaurant decided not to cook premium steaks and focused on alternatives such as the flanks (peritoneum), scurvy (diaphragm) and top blades (paddle). In the menu there is also a familiar to most ribeye. From pork - ribs, which before serving are languished for about four hours in the oven. Also, a pork, which is marinated for four to five hours, and then, after a brief grilling, stewed in an oven for 10-14 hours at a low temperature, is cooked here.
There is also poultry in the menu - but for now only spicy chicken wings.
Out of alcoholic beverages interesting cocktails, decorated with pieces of vegetables or meat, are served here.
