Restaurant serving truffles. All menus can be divided into two areas: main and tasting dinners.
Dinner “Meet the truffles” will allow the guest to make a first impression of the French cuisine as a whole: favorite and traditional cooking methods are used with the constant presence of truffles, for example, stewed farm potatoes with truffle cream, stewed pear with truffle marshmallow and walnut cramble.
The same combinations predominate in the main menu, where the positions marked as “the signature dish of Monsieur Clement Bruno” are especially noteworthy: tartin with seasonal truffle, risotto with truffle caviar, summer truffle with foie gras and pieces of smoked bacon in puff pastry and sauce "Bordolez". In the beverage list, wines from Burgundy and Bordeaux are dominating, but there is also Super Tuscany, New World.
