The territory of literature, where special attention is paid to the life and work of the Russian writer Konstantin Georgievich Paustovsky, after whom the library has been named since 1997.

The library today is a universal book collection of over 90,000 books and magazines, including rare and valuable books. The literary lounge hosts creative meetings, literary and musical evenings, exhibitions, and master classes.

Visitors have access to free Wi-Fi, gadget charging, bookcrossing (book exchange), book ordering in city libraries and other services.
