What can you expect?
On a walking tour of theatrical St. Petersburg, we will walk along Arts Square, Nevsky Prospect and Ostrovsky Square, get acquainted with the history and architecture of St. Petersburg theaters, take a look inside, and then, if we wish, visit one of the St. Petersburg museums dedicated to theater and music.
Duration of the walk: 2 hours (without visiting the museum) or 3 hours (with a tour of the museum).

A walking tour of theatrical St. Petersburg connects in one route two creations of the great Karl Rossi - the Mikhailovsky and Alexandrinsky Imperial Theaters.
You will also see:
- art cabaret "Stray Dog";
- Great Hall of the Philharmonic;
- Musical comedy theater;
- drama theater of V.F. Komissarzhevskaya;
- modern new stage "Alexandrinka".
You will learn how the theatrical and musical art of the 19th century was transformed into the modern creative life of St. Petersburg, hear theatrical legends about buildings, actors and directors.
And the last chord will be a visit to a choice of one of the museums: the Museum of Theater and Musical Art, the Museum of Actors Samoilovs or the Museum of Music in the Sheremetev Palace.

The cost of tickets to museums:
Museum of Theater and Musical Art, Architect Rossi st., 2A (day off - Tuesday). Adult ticket 200 rubles, for schoolchildren 100 rubles.
Museum of Actors Samoilov, Stremyannaya st., 8 (days off - monday and tuesday). Adult ticket 150 rubles, for schoolchildren 80 rubles.
Museum of Music in the Sheremetev Palace, Museum of Musical Instruments, Fontanka Embankment 34 (day off - Tuesday). Adult ticket 300 rubles, for schoolchildren 100 rubles.
