Unveiled in 2013 inside one of St. Petersburg’s most beautiful buildings, the Shuvalovs Palace, the privately-owned museum presents the world’s largest collection of works by the Russian jeweler Peter Carl Fabergé (aka Karl Fabergé).
Its collection comprises over 4.000 items including the first and last of the 50 Easter eggs made by Fabergé for the tsars.
First constructed by an unknown architect in the late 18th century, the building was redesigned in 1844-59 into a gorgeous Renaissance Revival palace.

Музей Фаберже обязательно нужно посетить наряду с Эрмитажем, Русским музеем, Кунсткамерой! Впечатляющая ювелирная коллекция, но помимо основной экспозиции здесь проходят интересные временные выставки. Мне очень повезло с гидом, до сих пор под впечатлением!
