What can you expect?
Founded by Peter the Great, Peterhof had been a summer residence of Russian emperors until 1917. The royal palaces and fountains, however, are not the only sightseeing attractions on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland, with many historic mansions and other architectural monuments located there.
We offer you an opportunity to take a somewhat unusual tour through parks in the area.

Route and content of the tour
In program
Your trip will begin in morning at any time/place you choose. Our guide with his minivan will take you to Peterhof, accompanying the journey with exciting stories of the places you will be passing by.
In addition to Peterhof, you will see Oranienbaum, Strelna, Sergievka, Znamenka, and other sights that are not often included in traditional tours.
When in Novy Peterhof, for instance, you will be offered to climb up to the sightseeing platform in St. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral to enjoy a magnificent view of Peterhof, Kronstadt and the Gulf of Finland.
In the Sergievka park, you will see the mysterious stone Head whose origins are still a subject of expert disputes.
The 18th century palace/park complex in Oranienbaum features the Menshikov Palace, the Chinese Palace in the Rococo style, Peter III’s Palace, and Catherine the Great’s Sliding Hill Pavilion, Russia’s only entertainment facility of its kind to have survived since those times.
You will enjoy a lunch in one of Peterhof restaurants (not included in the tour cost).

The cost is for a group of up to seven persons. If the group is larger, we can drive you in a microbus, with cost subject to negotiation.
