How to take a helicopter tour?
Purchase a certificate for an individual helicopter tour by contacting our manager by phone +7 (812) 611-30-12 or via the online order form. Make 100% prepayment.
Tours take place on weekends and holidays during daylight hours.
No later than 36 hours before the day of the excursion you have chosen, call the manager and tell him the certificate number, your name, the desired date and time of the flight.
In case of cancellation of your flight due to weather conditions or due to the closure of the airspace, the administrator on duty will call you on the morning of the flight and warn you about the cancellation. You can reschedule the excursion to another day. The certificate is valid for 6 months.
If necessary, you can cancel or reschedule the excursion yourself, but no later than one day in advance. In case of cancellation or postponement of the flight at the request of the client less than 24 hours before the flight, the certificate is considered used.
Restrictions
Not allowed to fly:
- children under 5 years old;
- persons in a state of alcoholic intoxication;
- passengers weighing more than 110 kg
Children and adolescents under 14 years of age can only fly if accompanied by an adult.
On the day of the excursion
You need to arrive at the site in advance (15-30 minutes before departure). Do not forget to take your passport with you: before departure, there will be a short briefing and security check. Dress code is free, the main thing is that you feel comfortable!
