We offer you an opportunity to spend an unforgettable day in Kronstadt, the town of Russia’s naval glory located on Kotlin Island. Roman Shaposhnik, a professional historian and author of books on Kronstadt, will be your personal guide.
The program includes a series of driving and walking sightseeing tours, as well as a sea cruise to southern forts and lighthouses of the Kronstadt Fortress.

Route and content of the tour
In program
Founded by Peter I to defend St. Petersburg during the Great Northern War and built by architect Domenico Trezzini, the fortress on Kotlin Island was given the name Kronslot, and inaugurated on May 18, 1704, the date regarded today as the Kronstadt city birthday.
Your trip will begin in morning at any time/place you choose. Our guide with his minivan will take you to Kronstadt via the St. Petersburg Dam, accompanying the journey with exciting stories of the places you will be passing by.
Once in Kronstadt, you will be taken to a one-hour boat cruise to see southern forts and lighthouses.
Back on the shore, you will visit the Museum of Fort Replicas housed in the building historically known as the Dutch Kitchen, an early 19th century architecture monument.
You will enjoy a lunch in one of Kronstadt’s best restaurants with a table or VIP hall already booked and awaiting your arrival.

- Walking tour in the Petrovsky (Peter’s) Park featuring the Peter I monument by Napoleon Jacques and Peter Klodt.

You will spend six hours in Kronstadt. Your trip back to St. Petersburg will take around one hour, depending on traffic.

The cost is for a group of up to seven persons. If the group is larger, we can drive you in a microbus, with cost subject to negotiation.
Included: transportation, guided tours, boat rental, and VIP booking in the restaurant.
Not included: admission to museums, and lunch.
