Living Aboard a Ship in Peter the Great’s Age

The Kronstadt History Museum presents a unique collection of objects found by marine archeologists from the Russian Geographical Society at historic shipwreck sites.

Along with large fragments of the battleship London that went down in 1719, the exhibition features mariners’ working tools, personal belongings, and other artefacts from a typical early-18^th century Petrine ship.
