Aslan Chekhoyev’s New Museum invites you to the exhibition “One hundred years without Lenin”, which will be held from May 9 to June 9, 2024.

The exhibition is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the St. Petersburg Academy of Modern Art Immortals.

The exposition will include works by members of the Academy and invited artists. There will be paintings, graphics, sculpture and photo-using. The theme of the works is not limited to portraits of Lenin — everything is a possible object of the exhibition.

St. Petersburg Academy of Modern Art of the Immortals was established in 1994 by a group of talented and well-known Leningrad artists. The Academy was headed by Felix Volosenkov, who is its permanent president to this day.

The Academy aims to develop and support new trends in contemporary art. It unites 40 leading masters of art, known not only in St. Petersburg, but also far beyond its borders.
