Qatar Contemporary: Art and Photography

Within the framework of the Cross Year of Culture of Qatar and Russia in 2018, Qatar’s museums for the first time in Russia present the exhibition “Modern Qatar: art and photography”. The exhibition - more than 100 years of history of the Middle East through the eyes of artists from around the world, expressed in 150 paintings and 370 photographs.

That's not all: within the exhibition “Modern Qatar: art and photography” you will see impressive architectural landscapes, social photography, art objects in the spirit of Jeff Koons, large-scale installations and video projections, get acquainted with the authors of works and representatives of Qatar’s cultural institutions.
