P.L.F. (Pretty Little Flower) is an American old school-grindcore band with a strong influence of thrash metal and a crush from Houston, Texas. Founded in 1999.
P.L.F. mixed grind with thrash metal, and the result was truly devastating. The group includes members of such well-known gangs as Morbosidad, Phobia, Oath of Cruelty, Creative Waste, Kill the Client, Noisear, Gridlink, Enemies of Inertia, Insect Warfare (ex-drummer Frank), etc.
