Lira Alborova. “The color is me”

Lira Alborova, an artist from South Ossetia, presents her personal exhibition in St. Petersburg.

Lira’s works attract with expression, emotionality and saturation of color palette. In her creative manner there are elements of abstraction and decorativeness, free work with color planes. The main themes in Lira’s work are the mountains of her native Ossetia and female images. These landscapes mesmerize with beauty, and female images are dynamic and modern. They are not devoid of lyricism and sensuality. The author emphasizes the beauty of the female body and the active life position of women today.

Lira is in constant creative search, developing her own themes and honing her own style. She takes part in regional and national exhibitions and international competitions. Several of her works were presented at the exhibition “Tshinval5” in the New Museum in 2023. The artist’s works have been awarded diplomas of international competitions and festivals.
