The Artmuza Museum presents an exhibition of a contemporary artist who creates masterly works with oils and painted self-tapping screws.

The artist-hyperrealist Alexei Golovin is mastering this technique programmatically, within the framework of a project on the synthesis of materials initiated by the ATO gallery of contemporary art. Associated with painting since childhood, Alexey finds himself a pioneer in the genre of assemblage with self-tapping screws. Considering the technique of his work, the absence of a higher art education in the painter is especially impressive. To date, Alexei Golovin is a member of the professional union of Russian artists, while his works are kept in private collections in a number of countries - from Italy to Canada and Thailand.

Alexei disowns the strings of hidden meanings and “what the author wanted to convey”: “Each picture is an image that is born inside me and appears on the canvas. Don't try to understand what exactly I mean - look through yourself. "

But, despite everything, it will hardly be possible to ignore the very fact of the combination of classical painting with new material. Self-tapping screws are a technical element that is directly opposite to everything sublime. This is a material that is used as a contrast, as a fact of changes in the perception of a picture. “Self-tapping screws are a symbol of the fact that a person experiences all emotions within himself. As various feelings pierce a person through and through, so self-tapping screws in pictures cut into a painting "- in the words of the artist himself.
