The high-speed Meteor Hydrofoil offers a comfortable and scenic journey from the pier on Makarov Embankment to Lower Park in Peterhof. The boat passes under the Betancourt Bridge and the bridge of the Western High-Speed Diameter before entering the fairway of the Gulf of Finland. The Meteor provides a higher class of comfort, shielding passengers from wind and splashes, and offering panoramic views through its windows. On board, passengers can enjoy a bar and a toilet facility.
The journey takes only 25 minutes and passengers can listen to an audio tour along the way. Upon disembarking at the pier, visitors can explore the main attractions of Peterhof, including the famous “Samson Tearing the Lion’s Mouth” fountain. Visitors will need to pay an entrance fee to enter the park, and it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance on the museum’s website to avoid queues.
