The band plays in hillbilly style. This is the music of the first American settlers, brought from the British Isles and absorbed elements of African-American and other music. It has survived to the present day in the Appalachian Mountains in the eastern United States and is in fact an early form of country music.
The band "Zveroboy" was founded at the end of 2016 by veterans of the St. Petersburg folk scene, which undoubtedly affects the depth and quality of performance.
