Semyon Mandel: From Film to Musical Comedy

The St. Petersburg State Museum of Theater and Music presents an exhibition of works by Semyon Mandel (1907-1974), a prominent stage and film production designer, and art director.

• Mandel’s paintings, drawings, posters, scenic costumes;
• Over 100 never exhibited before works presented to the museum by Alice Mandel, the artist’s daughter.

KGallery at 24 Fontanka has unveiled another Mandel exhibition featuring his cinema posters and early film drafts.
