St. Petersburg in the photographs of the 1850s - 1910s

The exhibition of photographs of Petersburg in the 1850s-1910s continues the retrospective photographic "Travels through the Russian Empire from the collection of the Russian Museum" and is dedicated to the 315th anniversary of St. Petersburg and the 120th anniversary of the opening of the Russian Museum.

The exhibition tells about historical events and everyday life of that time, and also shows Petersburg's sights, many of which have undergone changes or have not survived to this day.
