On November 23, 2018, with the support of the French Institute at the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater, the French art group Flashback, exploring the use of technology in modern music, will present two multimedia projects: Crossing Points (25 minutes) and Sculpt (30 min) by the composers Alexander Vera (Alexander Vert) and José-Miguel Fernandez (José-Miguel Fernandez, who also programmed), and the world premiere of Alexander Vera's Bird in a cage (15 minutes).
The works will be performed by Odile Auboin (Odile Auboin, Alto, Intercontemporain Ensemble) and the world famous percussionist Philippe Spiesser with the participation of specialists in the field of digital visual arts Thomas Köppel and Thomas Penang.
At the end of the evening, the participants of the Flashback ensemble Alexander Ver, Jose Miguel Fernandez and Thomas Köppel will answer questions from the public.
